We have been busy this past few months with launching 3 sites for companies in our local area. The first launch of the summer was for Gemini Fiber Corp. which is a full service paper converting facility located in Bolivar, Ohio. The second launch was for Magic Garage Door, which is a garage door sales and services company based out of 3 locations in northeastern Ohio. Our third launch was for Santangelo’s which is a catering, banquet facility, restaurant and party center with Canton and Massillon, Ohio locations. Check them out and let us know what you think.

Everyone knows that managing multiple projects can get a little crazy. I have tried a few different solutions and thought that I found one called basecamp. But, the downfall of basecamp is that well it costs money. So then I came across something called santexQ. It has tons of features, such as timesheets, tasks, report generator it even has a billing feature. All of these features for a low price of $0.00 thats right, free. Zero, nada, nothing. First off we all hate spam of course we are not talking about that tasty food you all love to eat. We all get tons of spam all day long about everything and anything. It is very annoying to say the least. I have been working with a new client and they have had there website domain name live for the past handful of years. So we moved there site over to our servers. The clients want more professional email address instead of using yahoo and other 3rd party email accounts. So, we set up some email address for them. We also created a generic email address for them info@insertdomainhere.com and they were off the the races. So, the next day I get a email from the clients saying that there mail box is full of spam. I was thinking, how is this possible this is the first time that this email address have ever existed. So, I did some research and found out that spammers just collect domain names and attached generic names to the domain to send out spam. For example: info, email, mail, webmaster and the list goes on. So, all in all it just crazy that you can set up a email address and have 20+ spam messages the next morning. So, we had to get a little creative with some email address and the problem has went away. As for clients that still use info and other generic type email address due to various reason, we just crank up the spam filter and let it fly. FYI, in the process of me typing all this up I have received 5 junk emails, what a world we live in.
